The Pizza di Farina 44 is the result of an original and different dough from the usual ones; for a long time we have studied a dough with 0.0…% yeast and very high hydration and maturation, elements that require great skills in processing but allow us to get the most out of the chemical properties of the flours.

The fragrance, the perfume and the lightness of the dough characterize and make our Pizza easily digestible. Furthermore, the raw materials selected from the best products on the market are of the highest quality.
